Education, Training, and Professional Experience
Dr. Iskin earned her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from The George Washington University. She completed her predoctoral internship at Maimonides Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, where she trained across inpatient psychiatric units, community mental health clinics, emergency department services, and consultation-liaison work supporting postpartum maternal and family care.
Her clinical training spans a wide range of settings, including community mental health centers, integrated primary care clinics, intensive outpatient programs, and specialized camps focused on social skills development and selective mutism.
She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Cognitive Science from Georgetown University. Dr. Iskin is fluent in both English and Russian.
