Why Group Therapy?

Sometimes, it feels like we’re struggling alone. No one’s situation is exactly the same, but peers who have been through similar situations can provide support, guidance, and insight. We often have “blind spots” in our own relationships, and peers can help us discover them in an understanding and compassionate way.

Expand Psychology offers different group sessions throughout the year, including:

  • Parenting skills

  • Social skills for children

  • Anxiety support for teenagers

  • CBT for weight loss

  • Adult therapy
