FAQs

  • It depends on your insurance. We are an out-of-network provider, which means you pay us directly but can seek reimbursement from your insurance company. We provide a superbill with the exact medical billing codes you need to make it easy for you to submit a claim to your insurance company. Many of our clients are reimbursed for a significant portion of the assessment.

Download our Patient Insurance Worksheet, which includes questions and information to help you understand your out-of-network benefits when contacting your insurance provider.

  • Absolutely. One of the benefits of being an out-of-network provider is your privacy. It is 100% up to you who sees the results of the assessment. We can discuss your concerns and provide recommendations on how the results could help with accommodations and what that means for privacy during the feedback session.

  • You will be assigned to a single clinician with expertise in the types of diagnostics you are receiving. Assessments for children are conducted by clinicians with expertise working with children. That clinician will work with you throughout the entire testing and results process.
