Parenting is hard. It really does take a team.
From parenting a child who is neurodivergent or struggling with mental health issues to managing separation and divorce, we can be your team.
Therapy and counseling support for parents and families.
We offer a range of services to help families navigate any parenting challenges they are facing.
Parent Coaching
Children don’t come with a handbook on how to meet their individual needs, interests, personalities, and temperaments. Parent coaching can help you:
Adapt your parenting style to your child
Learn how to set boundaries, such as screen time limits
Navigate tough conversations with your child
Leverage evidence-based resources to manage difficult moments and decisions
Improve your relationship with your child
Receive guidance on behavioral issues like tantrums, toilet training, and sleep training
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
This hands-on, evidence-based treatment provides real-time coaching for parents of young children with behavioral challenges. Geared towards children between 2–7 years old, you and your child play while a therapist observes through a one-way mirror or live video. With a small earpiece, parents receive real-time coaching as you interact with your child, helping you build skills, reduce conflict, and strengthen your parent-child connection.
Parent-Child Care (PC-CARE)
PC-CARE is a 7-week dyadic treatment program that helps families strengthen their caregiver-child relationships and learn effective behavior management skills. Designed for children ages 1–10 years old, it combines parent education, coaching strategies, and behavior tracking. It also offers adaptations for toddlers, older children, and children with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, feeding challenges, and sexual behavior concerns.
Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE)
We have clinicians trained in this unique and innovative new approach to treating childhood anxiety and OCD.
New parent-based treatment protocol for OCD and childhood anxiety
Parents, coached by clinicians, build skills and learn interventions to help children become less fearful, less anxious, and more confident
Effective for kids who are resistant to therapy or have not responded to individual therapy
Studies demonstrated that 12 parent sessions of SPACE are as effective as CBT with a child
Divorce Consultation
Whether your divorce is amicable or high-conflict, it can be stressful and overwhelming for all members of the family. We help individuals and families:
Mitigate the stress of divorce by processing their emotions
Move past the exhaustion and look forward to the future
Explore how to prioritize your feelings and goals so you can start the next phase of your life
Parenting Coordination
Parenting coordination helps divorcing couples decrease conflict and high emotion around parenting decisions. We help parents:
Make decisions that are in the children’s best interest outside of court
Reduce conflict by learning how to communicate and collaborate more effectively
Set the stage for a long-term, productive co-parenting relationship
Co-Parenting Coaching
We help parents who are together, separated, or divorced improve how they raise children together. We help parents:
Manage conflict, competing control dynamics, and defensiveness
Find ways to improve collaboration and prioritize the best interests of their kids
Avoid unnecessary conflict and power struggles with more successful communication

SPACE treatment is a short-term treatment modality that usually lasts about 12 sessions, but could be longer depending on your child’s symptoms and goals. As parents, you will meet with a clinician, map out your child’s symptoms, and understand how you may be accidentally contributing to their symptoms.
With SPACE treatment, you will learn the language and interventions that will help your child feel both challenged and supported. Your clinician will coach you to communicate understanding and acceptance of your child’s fears, while also expressing faith in their ability to face and cope with their challenges effectively. You will track and troubleshoot the progress of your treatment and make changes as needed.
