Aria Scanlon

Aria Scanlon is the Intake Coordinator and Office Manager at Expand Psychology. She works to ensure that prospective and current clients feel supported and welcomed throughout their time with the practice. Aria values creating an environment where clients feel respected and understood when reaching out for care. With a background in psychology and experience working with neurodiverse populations, Aria brings a thoughtful and compassionate perspective to her role. She enjoys connecting with clients, helping them navigate the process of finding a clinician, and contributing to an environment that is accessible and welcoming to everyone.

Education

Aria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech, where she also completed minors in Integrative Health Practices and Disability Studies. Her academic experiences cultivated a drive to support diverse populations. Through her work, Aria has developed an appreciation for the importance of individualized support. She is committed to making each person’s first interactions with Expand feel reflective of the compassionate care they can expect from the practice.
