Alexis Herman, Psy.D.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Supervisor
About
Alexis Herman, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist and clinical supervisor at Expand Psychology. She provides psychotherapy to adults, children, and families.
She uses an integrative approach, combining psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and relational techniques depending on a person's presenting concerns and preferences. She is certified to provide telepsychology services to clients in any state that recognizes PSYPACT.
She works hard to establish a safe and authentic therapeutic relationship with her clients so they can achieve meaningful treatment results — including symptom relief and the ability to face life's challenges with more freedom and flexibility. She helps each client better understand and ultimately change the behavioral and relational patterns that interfere with their goals and desired outcomes.
